About Corvergis
What services does Corvergis provide?
Corvergis provides integrated facilities operations management — serving as the single point of accountability for all facility service lines under one managed contract. This includes:
Operations management (end-to-end building operations coordination) · Janitorial and custodial services · Maintenance coordination across trades and vendors · Vendor sourcing and management · Grounds and site services · Quality control and compliance reporting.
We coordinate the work — managing subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and documentation — so clients have one team responsible for the outcome.
What types of clients does Corvergis serve?
We serve federal agencies, VA facilities, military installations, public school districts, community colleges, universities, county and city government agencies, and other institutional clients across the San Francisco Bay Area. We also partner with commercial property managers and institutional real estate owners who need professional facilities oversight.
What makes Corvergis different from other facilities contractors?
Three things distinguish us:
Single-point accountability. One team coordinates all service lines. Clients have one contact, one contract, and one party responsible for outcomes — no finger-pointing between vendors.
Local Bay Area presence. We are based in Palo Alto, positioned within miles of NASA Ames, SLAC, and VA Palo Alto. Responsive on-site management and local preference eligibility on county and city solicitations.
Compliance-first operations. Built specifically for government and institutional standards — documentation, inspection protocols, and reporting designed to meet federal and state contract requirements from day one.
Is Corvergis a Black-owned business?
Yes. Corvergis LLC is 100% owned by DeMario Cox, who is Black. The company qualifies as a Black-owned small business and a minority-owned enterprise. This ownership structure is the basis of our SBA 8(a) application, which documents social disadvantage through a formal racial discrimination case (CRD Right-to-Sue letter).
